What does a day in your life look like?
The first thing I do is get my kids out of bed. Once they have been packed off to school, I try to work out. If I don’t do it in the morning it doesn’t happen. Then my day is a mix of meetings with artists, clients and sitting with my business partner to plan. I go out a few evenings a week, whether it’s dinner with friends or a gallery private view. No day is the same, which I love.
What do you value most in your friends?
Loyalty, honesty and a sense of humour. If you can’t make each other laugh, then what’s the point?!
How do you create elegance in all different scenarios in your life?
I think the secret to being elegant is keeping things simple. I don’t have that much time to spend getting dressed so I like things that are easy to wear and go with everything. I feel the same about jewellery - anything I can wear every day is great. Subtle, understated diamonds will always get my vote. For example, the Floral Diamond Studs from 64Facets add the perfect simple touch of elegance!
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t be afraid to fail. It can often lead to success, just in a different guise. And read as much as you can.
