Refund policy

Returns within 7 days are accepted on all purchases within the 64Facets collections. All custom pieces are final and cannot be returned, and the same goes for engraved pieces.

If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange your pieces for the correct size within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at concierge@64facets.com and we’ll happy to assist.
