Shipping, Returns & Warranties
At 64Facets we offer free delivery worldwide. Your orders will be delivered via one of the major carriers - UPS, FedEx, DHL, or specialized jewelry carriers - Ferrari, Brinks, Loomis.
We aim to deliver your order to your door within 6 weeks from the purchase date. If you need your piece sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to get the jewelry to you beforehand (just email firstname.lastname@example.org).
All orders are completely insured up to delivery to you. If you need assistance with jewelry insurance after it’s delivered to you, email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns within 7 days are free on all purchases within the 64Facets collections. All custom bespoke pieces are final and cannot be returned, and the same goes for engraved pieces.

Up to 12 months from the date of purchase, if there is any breakage due to faulty production then 64Facets will replace and/or fix the jewelry piece at no cost. These guarantees do not cover the following: damage resulting from accidents and improper use or misuse of jewelry, consequences of normal wear and tear of jewelry, as well as any damage resulting from repairs or manipulation not carried out by the 64Facets workshop.
Certificate of Authenticity
All 64Facets jewelry will be delivered to you with a certificate of authenticity and appraisal for insurance purposes.
